Product Details: The air cut heat and moisture exchanger is used to humidify, warm and filter the gas coming out of the ventilator and entering the patient's respiratory system. It is disposable and is clinically used for humidifying and filtering the gas of mechanical respiration of severe and anesthetized patients. *Product features: When the patient exhales, the gas equivalent to body temperature and saturated humidity enters the inner side of the hygroscopic condensation humidifier for condensation, and releases the heat stored in steam state at the same time; When inhaling, the external dry gas is humidified and warmed when it passes through the hygroscopic condensation humidifier. In this way, it circulates back and forth, and constantly uses the heat and humidity in the exhalation to warm and humidify the inhaled gas. *Product performance: 1. The pressure drop at both ends of the hygroscopic condensation humidifier shall not exceed 0.1kpa, 0.3kpa and 0.5kpa under the conditions of 30l/min, 60l/min and 90l/min current carrying capacity of the air cut heat and humidity exchanger. 2. The joint is closely connected with the pipeline. 3. The leakage rate of air cut heat and moisture exchanger generally does not exceed 25ml/min. 4. When the moisture capacity (VT) of air cut heat and moisture exchanger is 250~350ml, the water loss should not be less than 3mg/l. When the moisture capacity (VT) of air cut heat and moisture exchanger is 500~600ml, the water loss should not be less than 4mg/l. 5. The air cut heat and moisture exchanger shall be sterile. *Usage: Open the package and connect the two port connector of the air cut heat and moisture exchanger with the ventilator pipeline. In case of gas cutting humidifier, it should be connected with endotracheal tube and fixed with adhesive tape when necessary. *Contraindications: use with caution in patients with excessive secretion and severe lung dampness.
